Requirements to qualify

Employees with Member Businesses in good standing with the KPAA (paid this year’s dues) qualify for the merchant ski pass. The validation system in place for the 24/25 season.

  • COME TO THE KILLINGTON WELCOME CENTER TO VERIFY ELIGIBILITY.
  • THE WELCOME CENTER STAFF WILL BE AVAILABLE MON-FRI 10AM-5PM STARTING 10/20 FOR THE VERIFICATION PROCESS.
  • MUST BRING PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT SUCH AS AN ELECTRONIC PAY STUB AND PHOTO ID 
  • ONCE VERIFIED, AN ELECTRONIC  CONFIRMATION WILL BE EMAILED TO THE EMPLOYEE IMMEDIATELY.
  • THE PASS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE AT THIS TIME WITH A CREDIT CARD, OR AT A TICKET WINDOW WITH BUSINESS CHECK. BUSINESSES ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED TO PAY FOR LOCAL PASSES.
  • THE EMPLOYEE CAN GO TO A TICKET WINDOW AT THE KILLINGTON SKI RESORT. THIS ELECTRONIC CONFIRMATION WILL SERVE AS THEIR VOUCHER TO VALIDATE AND PICK UP OR RELOAD THEIR LOCAL OR REGIONAL PASS.
  • *IMPORTANT* DO NOT HEAD TO THE RESORT TO BUY A PASS WITHOUT GOING TO THE WELCOME CENTER FIRST.
