ocreemo makes small batch premium ice cream in flavors inspired by Vermont products. We are completely mobile, so you can’t visit us in-store, but you can find our pushcart at festivals and markets (or book us for your own event). Come say hi and give us a try! We work a little differently than brick-and-mortar shops.
Where do you make your ice cream?
All of our flavors are prepared and manufactured in a licensed commercial kitchen. Although we don’t have a storefront, we’re licensed and insured and our cart can go (almost) anywhere ice cream lovers go!
What makes your ice cream “premium”?
Ice cream can be defined by two related features: the butterfat content and the amount of air (called “overrun” in ice cream lingo). We start with a 14% dairy base and keep overrun low for a dense, creamy scoop.
Wait, who are you?
ocreemo is woman-owned by Carrie (Chief Tasting Officer) and supported by John (Vice President of Caffeine and Logistics). We’re Ludlow residents who have been manifesting small-batch ice cream in the Okemo Valley for years. We decided to make it ourselves, prioritizing VT dairy and ingredients in the process.
