Fall Activities
Fall in Vermont is spectacular. The woods and forests literally go on fire with brilliant colors -- reds, yellows, oranges, and greens. People from all over the world flock here to see the fall foliage. From an activities point of view, you can still pretty much do everything you do in summer. While nights can be cold, day temperatures are usually mild. Fall is definitely the time to get some serious "windshield time" on the back-roads of Vermont and to visit quaint villages.
