Saturday, February 29 – Celebrate Vermont maple syrup with tastings and cooking demonstrations and learn about the maple sugaring process during February vacation weeks at Billings Farm & Museum.
They will be offering samples of Vermont maple syrup, sugar on snow, recipes to sample and collect, horse-drawn sleigh rides, story time and more.
